Einat Shachar Yatziv

Einat Shachar Yatziv founded esyrecruiters on a simple bet: that senior recruiting in Israel is a craft, not a funnel. Twenty years inside the people functions of Israel's largest employers taught her what it takes — sixteen of them at Paz Oil Company (the country's largest fuels company; ~2,000 employees and ~31% of Israel's gas stations), at Amdocs Israel (~4,000 employees, a 50-site global relocation program), at Tamir Fishman (a leading Israeli investment house), and currently at BST Group.

She runs the firm from the inside — leading mandates personally, talking to founders before a search opens, and staying with candidates from the first conversation through the signed offer. The day-to-day is mapping markets deeply, reaching the people who are not actively looking, and saying no when a placement would not last.

She works with founders the way she works with candidates: directly, and on the assumption that the right person in the right seat changes a company. Most of her searches are for series-A through public-stage Israeli tech — engineering leaders, product heads, and execs whose next move matters.
