The way we hire senior talent is different. Because the market changed.
The questions every founder or CTO asks on the first call — and the honest answers, no agency buzz.
First calls with founders always sound the same: how fast can you start? how do you work? and what's the deal with your system? We completely get it — those are exactly the questions we'd ask. Senior hiring in tech is a complex task: a senior role pulls hundreds of irrelevant applications, and the people actually worth bringing in? They're not looking for a job — they're busy building one. That's exactly why we built our system.
How fast do you really start?
A call this week, kickoff next week, candidates on the table the week after. We don't start a search before we deeply understand the role, the professional bar, and the real drivers — salary, office days, stack, and team chemistry. Once we've defined those, our system kicks in and market mapping opens the same day. A first realistic shortlist arrives within 2–3 weeks.
You built your own system — what does it actually do?
We have an in-house dev team. The idea is simple: any task that can be automated (sourcing, organizing, tracking, alerts) runs in the background. That way we spend our time on deep conversations with candidates, not on admin. The system centralizes the whole search in one dashboard where you and we sync on who moves to the next stage. Want a peek behind the scenes? We have a detailed post on the platform here.
What about a confidential or sensitive search?
A founder swap, an acqui-hire, or any role that can't leak? Every search lives in its own secured space — anyone working on a different search can't see your data. Work is done by a small team, outreach with no identifying details until an NDA is signed, no job postings, and no company name on the first call. Need a fully separate workspace? We spin one up at the click of a button.
Why not just Bullhorn and a recruiter?
Because licensing existing software doesn't change your workflow — it just gives it 'somewhere to live.' Most agencies still copy numbers into WhatsApp Web by hand and hope no one on the team reached the same candidate yesterday. With us everything — status, pipeline stage, CV history, and all the WhatsApp records — sits on one synced timeline.
What happens when you say 'stop'?
We mark the search On Hold. New outreach stops, but the pipeline doesn't reset. Every candidate, their notes, and their interview history are kept. When you return, we continue exactly where we left off. And if the hold runs too long and the strong candidates have moved on? We'll tell you. Full transparency is part of the deal.
You reach out on WhatsApp — isn’t that too personal?
Only with consent. Israeli candidates live on WhatsApp — email gets read on Tuesday, WhatsApp gets read in the elevator. Our system is designed so a message can't be sent to anyone who hasn't opted in, and a smart mechanism prevents duplicates.
