Terms of Use
Use of the esy site and services is subject to the terms below. Please read them before using.
1. General
1.1. This website at esyrecruiters.com (the "Site") is operated by esy, business ID 029020914, of 62 Ya'ar Alonim St., Tel Mond("esy", "we").
1.2. Use of the Site — including browsing its content, completing forms, submitting a CV, or contacting us — constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to them, please refrain from using the Site.
1.3. These terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply to all genders.
1.4. These terms apply to the marketing site only. Use of the esy software platform by business clients is subject to a separate engagement agreement, whose provisions prevail in the event of a conflict.
2. Definitions
- "User" — any person or entity using the Site.
- "Candidate" — a person who provides esy with a CV or personal details so that their suitability for a role can be considered.
- "Client" — an organization engaging esy for sourcing or placement services, or for use of the platform.
- "Personal information" — as defined in the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, following Amendment No. 13.
3. The services
3.1. esy provides permanent placement, executive search, and recruitment-management software services.
3.2. esy is not a manpower contractor and does not provide temporary or contract employment services. A candidate placed through esy is hired directly as an employee of the client, and the employment relationship exists between them and the client alone. Nothing in the services creates an employer-employee relationship between esy and a candidate.
3.3. The services do not constitute a commitment to a result. Submitting an application, storing details in the database, or corresponding with esy does not confer any right to an interview, a role, or any engagement.
3.4. Site content, including role descriptions, is provided as general information only. Roles are updated and withdrawn from time to time and do not constitute a binding offer.
4. Permitted and prohibited use
4.1. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the law.
4.2. The following are prohibited, among others:
- collecting information from the Site by automated means (scraping, crawling, bots) without written permission;
- copying, reproducing, or distributing Site content;
- providing false details, impersonating another person, or submitting another person's CV without their express consent;
- reverse engineering, attempting to penetrate esy systems, or disrupting their operation;
- using Site content to train artificial intelligence models without written permission.
4.3. A user who provides esy with personal information about a third party (for example, a referee or a contact at a client) represents that they obtained that person's consent, and indemnifies esy against any claim in this regard.
5. Submitting a CV
5.1. Submitting a CV is voluntary. There is no legal obligation to provide any information, but without it an application cannot be considered.
5.2. The candidate is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in disqualification of the application.
5.3. The candidate agrees that esy will retain their CV in its database and approach them with relevant opportunities, subject to their right to request removal at any time as set out in the privacy policy.
5.4. esy will not transfer a CV to a specific client without the candidate's consent to that approach, unless general consent was given in advance.
6. Automated processing and artificial intelligence
6.1. esy uses automated analysis systems, including statistical models and language models, to extract data from CVs, rank suitability for roles, and prioritize applications.
6.2. A final decision on an application is not made by automated means alone.The output of automated analysis serves as an aid, and the decision to advance an application is made by a human.
6.3. A CV is sent to the model provider in full for the reading step, and direct personal identifiers are removed before the text is used for any further automated step. Section 8 of the privacy policy sets out exactly what happens and names the providers.
6.4. A candidate may contact esy to request an explanation of how their application was analyzed and of the principal considerations involved.
7. Intellectual property
7.1. All intellectual property rights in the Site — including design, code, text, logo, trademarks, methodologies, and databases — belong to esy or to its licensors.
7.2. No use may be made of them without prior written consent.

9.3. Nothing in this section derogates from liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
The user shall indemnify esy for any damage, expense, or claim caused to it by the user's breach of these terms or by the provision of information contrary to law.
11. Marketing communications
